Color therapy is the use of color in various forms, often involving the use of color transmitted through the spectrum of light, to help aid patients suffering from emotional, psychological, and physical ailments (Gupta, 2021). The different practices of color therapy are often non-invasive and have been proven to assist with enhancing mood and energy.
